What is Dubnivo?
Dubnivo is an online AI video dubbing tool for videos you own or have the rights to. It transcribes the speech, translates it, and records the translation in natural AI voices, a matching one for each speaker, so the video plays in another language.
Is Dubnivo really free?
Yes. You can dub 1 short video without even signing up. A free account dubs 5 videos a month, up to 2 minutes each, with a small watermark, and needs no card.
How long does a video take?
It depends on the length of the video and how busy the queue is. A one-minute clip currently takes roughly 10 to 30 minutes. Paid plans are served first. You can close the page and come back.
Which languages can I dub into?
English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, Turkish, Russian, Dutch, Czech, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Hungarian and Hindi. The original video can be in any of 29 spoken languages.
What will the dubbed voice sound like?
A natural-sounding AI voiceover in a voice close to the speaker's, timed to the original speech. When several people talk, each gets a separate voice. You can also choose to copy the speaker's own voice, with their consent. Results are best with clear speech.
What happens to my videos?
They are stored privately, used only to make your dub, and removed automatically: after 3 days on Free, 14 on Pro and 30 on Premium. You can delete them sooner from your list.
Can I cancel a paid plan?
Any time, from your account page. The plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for.
Does Dubnivo do lip sync?
Not yet. The dubbed lines are timed to the original speech, but the mouth movements in the picture are not changed. Lip sync is not offered on any plan today.
Can I get subtitles?
Yes. When a dub is finished you can download subtitles in the original and the translated language as SRT or VTT files.
Can I check or correct the translation?
Yes. Dubnivo can stop after translating so you can correct each line before it is spoken, and you can edit the translation of a finished video and dub it again.
Does Dubnivo allow voice cloning or celebrity impersonation?
No. Dubnivo strictly prohibits the unauthorized cloning or impersonation of real individuals, celebrities or public figures, and the dubbing of third-party content. Users may only localize media they own or have explicit commercial rights to distribute, using the voices of people who have given their consent, and must confirm this before every dub. Content and accounts that break this rule are removed.
