What we collect
- Account: your email address and a hashed password.
- Videos: the files or links you submit, the dubbed results, and details about each job (languages, length, size, status).
- Technical: your IP address and country when you sign up and when you submit a video, used to prevent abuse.
- Payments: if you subscribe, Stripe processes your card. We receive your plan, payment status and amounts, never your card number.
- Analytics: with your consent where required, Google Analytics records page views and actions such as starting a dub. We do not send it your email or your videos.
How we use it
- To produce the dubbed video you asked for. Processing includes transcribing the speech and modelling the speaker's voice from that video, for that video only.
- To enforce plan limits, take payment and keep the service secure.
- To understand how the product is used and improve it.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your videos or voice to train models.
Who can see your videos
Your videos are private to your account and are served only through short-lived signed links. Dubnivo staff can view uploaded and dubbed videos when needed to prevent abuse, investigate a problem or handle a legal request.
How long we keep it
- Video files are deleted automatically 3 days after processing on Free, 14 days on Pro and 30 days on Premium, or sooner if you delete them from your list.
- Job records (without the video files) and account details are kept while your account exists.
Services we rely on
- Cloudflare: network delivery and video storage.
- Oracle Cloud: the servers that run the dubbing.
- Stripe: payments.
- Google Analytics: usage statistics.
Cookies
We set one cookie to keep you signed in. Analytics cookies are used only as described in the cookie banner; you can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
Your choices
You can delete any video from your list, and you can ask us to delete your account and its data. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to access, correct or export your data.
