The service

Dubnivo translates the speech in a video you provide and produces a new version with a synthetic voice modelled on the original speaker. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

Your account

You need an account to use Dubnivo. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

Your videos and voices

• You keep all rights in the videos you upload and in the dubbed versions we make for you.
• Only upload or link to videos you own or have permission to translate.
• Only clone a voice with the consent of the person speaking. Do not use Dubnivo to impersonate someone, to mislead people about who said something, or to harass anyone.
• Do not upload content that is illegal, sexually exploits minors, or infringes someone else's rights.

We may review uploaded videos to prevent abuse and to fix problems, and we may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Plans, limits and payment

• The Free plan includes a limited number of short videos each month, carries a watermark and may show ads.
• Pro and Premium are monthly subscriptions billed in US dollars through Stripe. They renew automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your account page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for; we do not refund part-months.
• We may change plan limits or prices. Price changes apply from your next renewal, and we will tell you beforehand.

Storage

Uploaded and dubbed videos are deleted automatically: 3 days after processing on Free, 14 days on Pro and 30 days on Premium. Download anything you want to keep.

Quality and availability

Dubbing is automated. Translations and voices can contain mistakes, and processing can fail or be delayed. The service is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Check a dub before you publish it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Dubnivo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will show a notice in the app. Continuing to use Dubnivo after a change means you accept the new terms.
